STANDARD DELIVERY EXPLAINED
Please Note: “STANDARD” delivery is now a 1-2 business day service.
All standard deliveries to UK mainland postcodes are despatched on a next working day service with either FedEx or DPD. We monitor the performance of our couriers using special tracking software, which shows us that there is a success rate on next day delivery attempts of over 97%. We do not advertise this service as “Guaranteed Next Day Delivery” like some of our competitors do, as there are circumstances out of our control that can result in a delay in the delivery of the parcel (eg, a road traffic accident, roadworks etc).
Some or all of the items on your order may be directly shipped from our supplier(s). Unless stated throughout the checkout process, all direct shipments are processed on next day services with our supplier’s respective courier partner.
Please note: This applies to postcodes on the UK mainland that do not involve the use of local 3rd party courier companies that deliver to hard to reach areas.
REMOTE AREAS
Delivery to “REMOTE AREAS” and “OFFSHORE”is £12. Please see below the list of postcodes/areas that are classed as “REMOTE AREAS” and “OFFSHORE” by our couriers.
Scottish Highlands (AB30, AB33-36, AB37-38, AB41, AB42-45, AB46-52, AB53-56, IV1-20, IV21-24, IV25, IV26-28, IV30-37, IV63, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, FK19-21, PH49-50, DD8 & DD9, IV40, IV52-54, PA40, PH30-41, KW1-14, PA36),
Scottish Offshore (HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3)
This delivery service can take up to 3 days although some can be next day. These are postcodes in which our couriers use a 3rd party courrier to fulfil delivery, hence the £12 delivery charge. TradeFixDirect does not make any profit with this delivery charge.
Should any of the above postcodes be more than one parcel we may contact you for a further payment.
PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER SEND TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, FRANCE OR SPAIN.
Northern Ireland (bt1 – 48), isle of man, isle of wight
Please call for a quote for the delivery charge on 01617941783. The delivery cost can vary with the number of parcels and weight and therefore we are unable to offer a fixed rate for these destinations.
LIQUID & HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS
If a product is marked as a “Hazardous Product” on the product page or in the cart, “OFFSHORE” delivery services are unavailable. The couriers cannot deliver hazardous products over bodies of water whether by ferry or by air. Hazardous products are also unavailable for overseas deliveries.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
If your order is in stock and the delivery address is within 35 miles of M27 post code, we may be able to offer you a Same Day Delivery Service at a cost of £35. To enquire about whether this service is available to you, please call us on 0161 794 1783.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
All Standard deliveries are usually made between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Exemptions
We can only send Sealants and Adhesives (including Expanding Foam) and all other products that are classed as hazardous to UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number from either FedEx or DPD.
If your order is dispatched with DPD courier service you should also receive an automated email and/or text message (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of your delivery, to provide you with an estimated 1 hour delivery window
RETURNS
Tradefix Direct offer refunds for unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We can arrange for a collection by our courier at a cost of £10 per parcel or you can choose to send the goods back via your own chosen courier. Once the goods have been received by us we will amend your order by removing the returned goods and refund the difference minus the collection charge. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the goods. If the customer opts to return goods themselves then we advise using an insured courier service as we cannot be liable for the damages or the loss of goods in transit.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your package upon receiving your goods for any damages.
On the rare occasion that any goods you receive are damaged then please ring our sales office on 0161 794 1783.
Any damages must be reported to us on day of delivery.
If the package is clearly damaged then please refuse delivery from the courier and the goods will be returned back to us.
FAULTY ITEMS
If goods fail to perform due to product faults then please ring the sales team on 0161 794 1783 within 7 days of receipt and we will work towards an agreeable solution. This may involve a replacement, a substitute or a refund.
If goods fail to perform after 7 days of receipt then we advise that you contact the manufacturer where possible with regards to their warranty policies.
